Photo Guidelines & Special Requests

 

A quality photo works best. For pet portraits - clear, well lit, and showing your pet looking forward or a side profile. Submit as many reference photos as you'd like; the more to work from, the better. Please let us know if you have a special request or a specific vision in mind. 

 

Turnaround Time

 

Turnaround time is typically between 2 weeks and 2 months depending on the complexity of the painting and current availability. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request. If you need your portrait by a specific date, just let us know.

 

Shipping & Pickup

 

Local pickup is available in Raleigh, NC. Shipping is available everywhere else and is an additional cost based on location.

Payment

 

We accept payment at the end of the process. We will keep you updated with photos before sending off the painting in the mail.
